TailorMed, founded in 2016, runs what it describes as the nation's largest financial navigation platform for medication affordability. The company operates an Affordability Network that connects providers, pharmacies, life science companies and patients across the medication journey, from affordability through access and adherence. Its work sits at the intersection of health IT, automation and data-driven insight, built on secure, web-based software designed to streamline patient support programmes and reduce the operational burden on healthcare organisations.

The scale of that operation is substantial. TailorMed reports having secured more than $2.9 billion in financial assistance for patients, with its platform deployed across more than 1,000 sites of care, including 800-plus hospitals, 1,300 clinics and 650 pharmacies. The company, which is present across the United States, has raised $40 million in funding.

Technical work at TailorMed spans web-based platform development, automation and patient financial navigation software, applied to problems in healthcare, life sciences and hospital and clinic settings. The company's stated focus is on reducing patient financial toxicity and improving health equity and medication access. It was named to the 2024 New York Digital Health 100 and recognised as Best in Class in Health Equity in 2025.
