Every job is published on one of the board’s posting plans. A standard listing can be free, and featuring a listing is a paid placement on that same post — the plan cards below show both.
Both publish one job for the same number of days. The difference is the badge and where the post sits, not how many listings you get.

Costs nothing to publish
Publishing on the board’s free plan does not charge you — the standard listing is what that plan includes.
Published as a standard post
It goes on the board for the same number of days as any other listing, and appears in the job search like every other standard post.
No badge and no placement boost
When jobs are ordered by relevance — the default — featured posts come first, so a standard post sits below them, and it carries no Featured badge.

Featuring comes from the plan you post with: a one-time payment for that job, not a subscription, and it never uses a second job post.

While the feature runs it appears above every standard post in the searches it matches — and never in the ones it does not match.
The plans above are packages of job posts — not a monthly allowance, and not extra featured listings. Here is what each number on a card means.
You buy job posts, not a month
The price on a card is what its job posts cost, not a monthly charge: a paid plan is bought once for the posts it includes. The listing length beside it is how long each published job stays on the board, so a package of three is three jobs — not one month of posting.
How many jobs you can run at once
The number of posts on a card is how many job adverts you publish from that plan. They can all be on the board at the same time, each running for the listing length shown, and the per-job figure beside the price is that price divided across them.
Featured is not a separate listing
Featuring changes how one of those posts appears — it never uses a second post or adds an extra advert. Where a card says every post is featured, every job you publish from it carries the Featured badge; where a card says nothing about it, they are standard listings.
Posts you have not used yet
Publishing a job uses one post from the plan you choose. On your next job, the posting form offers any posts you still have on a package you already bought, beside the plans, so nothing you paid for goes unused.
Featured posts come with the job posting plans above. They are not one fixed slot at the top of the board that another employer can take from you — here is exactly how they behave.
It is labelled, everywhere it appears
The job card carries a Featured badge and a highlighted border in job search, on the browse pages and on the homepage, so readers can see it is a paid placement.
It sits above the standard posts
When jobs are ordered by Relevance — the default everywhere on the board — featured posts come first, above every standard post, and they stay there for as long as the feature runs. It is not a first-day boost.
What happens when other employers feature theirs
Your post is not pushed down below the standard posts. New featured posts join the same featured group at the top, and inside that group the order follows how well each post matches the search. Every standard post stays below the whole group.
It still has to match the search
Featuring never drops your job into results it has nothing to do with. Your post appears first among the jobs that match what someone searched for and the filters they set, and it is not shown in the ones it does not match.
Sorting by Date unpins it
Relevance is the default order, so featuring only applies there. If a visitor switches the sort to Date, featured posts are no longer pinned and are ordered by date like everything else — the badge and highlight stay.
How much featuring your plan includes
Each plan card above states its own allowance: a set number of featured posts, or every post on the plan. Where the plan lets you choose, ticking the featured box when you post uses one of them.
You message candidates on the board itself — one thread each, with no email addresses and no second inbox to keep an eye on.
Talent access opens it
Messaging candidates comes with this board’s talent access. Each talent plan shows how many outreach messages it includes — unlimited where the card says so — and the Message button takes you to the plans if your account does not have access yet.
One message opens the thread
Your first outreach message starts the conversation; everything after it stays in the same thread, so a candidate’s reply never uses another message. Wait for their reply before writing again.
Replies arrive in Messages
Open Messages from your account menu for every conversation, what is unread, and who is waiting on you, with an email alert for replies you can switch on in your account settings.

The page is live before anyone claims it
Every job published under your company name shows up on a public company page — open roles, a salary summary and a link to your website. It is readable and findable, by job seekers and search engines, without an account.
What links a job to your page
The company name on the posting is the link. Use exactly the same name as your profile on every job: a different spelling can create a second profile or need the board team to match it, and until it is matched those jobs do not appear on yours.
How to claim it
Sign in, or create an employer account, then open the employer dashboard and search for your company. Choose Claim and the check starts — you can cancel it at any point with nothing lost.
What we need from you
A work email address on your company’s own domain — we send a verification link to it. A domain match approves you automatically; if it does not match, the board team reviews your request.
What you can do once it is yours
You own the profile: edit the logo, description, one-line summary, markets and social links, invite colleagues to help manage it, and keep every job on it current from the dashboard.

Featuring comes from the plan you post with: each plan card shows its own allowance, and where the plan leaves the choice to you, you tick “Feature this listing” on the posting form to use one. What the feature does to your placement is set out above.
