FudMe (FoodMe Global) builds restaurant management and technology software from Canada, where it describes itself as the leading platform of its kind. The company sells an all-in-one system that combines custom iOS and Android ordering apps, a cloud-based POS with real-time reporting and kitchen and bar printing, delivery management with professional driver dispatch, customer loyalty tooling, and marketing services spanning email campaigns, push notifications and social media management. Engineering work therefore spans mobile development, cloud infrastructure, dispatch and logistics systems, and marketing technology.

The commercial logic behind the platform is a shift of online ordering away from third-party marketplaces. Branded apps built for individual restaurants are intended to cut commission fees that typically run at 15-30% per order, giving operators direct control of their ordering channel. The product set is designed to flex across business models, from independent cafes, pizzerias and bakeries to food courts and multi-site restaurant chains.

FudMe reports more than 400 restaurant partners across Canada and North America, over 1 million orders delivered, and upwards of $20m in partner revenue facilitated.
