EastWest BPO

EastWest BPO is a business process outsourcing provider founded in 2009 as a small VOIP telecommunications company. It now employs more than 300 people, up from ten at its founding, and serves over 50 clients across multiple industries. Its service lines span inbound and outbound call centre operations, software quality assurance, custom software development, data processing, digital marketing and back-office support, supported by cloud-based infrastructure built on partnerships with leading providers.

The company operates four offices: two in the Philippines, in San Fernando, Pampanga and Ortigas, Pasig, and two in the United States, in Virginia and Atlantic City. Its Philippine operations are positioned near Clark Freeport Zone. EastWest BPO states that it has grown entirely through client referrals and word of mouth, without marketing or advertising expenditure. In March 2024 the company was acquired by MCI and now forms part of the MCI family.

For engineers and technical staff, the relevant work covers software quality assurance, software development and cloud-based infrastructure alongside the firm's core VOIP and contact centre operations.
