Ascendix

Ascendix is a software and consulting firm that works with real estate organizations to connect fragmented workflows, manual processes and disconnected systems. Founded in 1996 in Dallas, Texas, the company builds CRM, AI and custom PropTech software on the Salesforce platform. It has supported more than 300 real estate companies over its lifetime, including JLL, Transwestern and Savills.

The firm's team of more than 200 spans AI engineers, Salesforce consultants, software developers and system integrators. Its technical work covers Salesforce development and administration, CRM software development, AI and LLM integration with ChatGPT and Claude, machine learning, system integration, data migration, document generation automation, search technology and capital markets software. The company operates as a global distributed team.

Among its products is AscendixRE, a commercial real estate CRM built on the Salesforce platform, and the AscendixRE AI Suite, which connects AI capabilities such as ChatGPT and Claude with live CRM data to help brokers search records, identify expiring leases, draft communications and automate data entry. The company also offers specialized products for search, document generation, capital markets and land brokers. Ascendix is led by co-founders Wes Snow and Todd Terry.
