Entertainment Technician

• Checks with Manager for daily assigned duties.
• Ensure the daily equipment checks are completed and equipment is operational. Maintains and utilizes equipment for prescribed use in accordance with the appropriate manual. Checks, maintains, and monitors systems throughout the entire property.
• Mixes sound for the band and completes a sound check for all set ups. Mixes and monitors sound for the band until the completion of the performance.
• Turns on house music (DMX). Turns on, monitors, and adjusts music and television channels throughout the entire property. Routes and sets the piano in the café restaurant.
• Transport all necessary equipment to the relevant location. Sets up band and completes sound check before each set. Sets up band as required in the Lobby areas in the event of inclement weather. Breaks down band, packs up band equipment and transports to the assigned storeroom.
• Cleans and maintains the equipment storeroom and all related areas. Secures equipment from rack rooms and other areas. Keeps work area clean and cleans equipment periodically.
• Completes closing duties according to departmental standards.
• Perform other reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time.
• The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week business. Therefore, it may be necessary to change the accustomed shifts at times, as the business demands.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent vocational training
• Basic audio/visual knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as technician preferred.
