TIC Solutions is a tech-enabled platform covering the full asset and infrastructure lifecycle. The company is the parent of Acuren and NV5, combining Acuren's inspection and asset-protection capabilities with NV5's engineering, consulting, and geospatial expertise to address complex infrastructure challenges. Its technical workforce spans nondestructive testing and inspection, asset integrity evaluation and protection, engineering, geospatial and surveying, laboratory services, commissioning, rope access, training, and consulting.

The business is organised into three operating segments: Inspection & Mitigation, which brings together Acuren's nondestructive testing, inspection, and asset-protection work; Consulting & Engineering, delivering NV5's engineering, consulting, and infrastructure support services; and Geospatial, providing geospatial and surveying expertise. Services are applied across industrials, energy processing, utilities, oil and gas, natural resources, aerospace and defence, buildings, public infrastructure, and data centres.

TIC Solutions employs more than 12,000 professionals at over 250 locations. Its international reach has been extended through the acquisitions of WDI, GeoVerra, and Core Group, which added technical capabilities across inspection, engineering, and geospatial disciplines. The company traces its asset-integrity legacy to 1974, when Acuren was founded.
