TEACHY is a Swiss EdTech startup that provides personalised one-to-one tutoring and learning-skills training across Switzerland. Founded in Bern, the company works with more than 250 trained tutors and serves students at every educational level, from primary school through university and vocational training. Subjects covered include mathematics, languages, sciences and economics, delivered both online and in person.

Two service lines underpin the offering. Personalized 1:1 Tutoring pairs students with individual tutors for subject-specific instruction. Learning Skills Training addresses organisation, motivation, concentration and stress management alongside that subject work. A proprietary tutor matching system, developed in collaboration with psychologists and educators, pairs students with tutors according to individual learning preferences.

TEACHY's technical work spans educational matching and recommendation systems, learning science research and the delivery of tutoring online and in person. Tutors receive free training grounded in current learning research. The company also collaborates with parents, schools, other educational institutions, apprenticeship companies (Lehrbetriebe) and cantonal disability offices (IV-Stellen).

Geographic coverage extends across Swiss cities including Bern, Basel, Zurich and Lucerne. In addition to general tutoring, the company's work includes vocational training and apprenticeships as well as special education and disability support.
