Passion for Life, Inc.

Passion for Life, Inc. is a nonprofit organisation that develops and delivers career coaching and youth workforce development programming for nonprofit organisations and schools. Its work is aimed at under-resourced middle- and high-school-aged youth, with the stated goal of building confidence, clarity, resilience and career readiness. The organisation operates across Metro Atlanta and reports that more than 800 young people have been equipped through its programmes since founding.

The organisation's principal offering is the 4-I Career Coaching Framework, a psychology-based model that guides participants through four stages: investigating themselves and career options; immersing in transformative experiences; identifying focused career selections; and implementing actionable career plans.
