Nash is an AI infrastructure company for logistics, founded in 2021 by MIT graduates Mahmoud Ghulman and Aziz Alghunaim. Its core product, the Nash Platform, connects internal fleets with third-party delivery providers to power dispatching, routing, real-time tracking, customer support, returns, and fraud detection for commerce businesses. The platform orchestrates millions of deliveries each month and is used by some of the world's largest retailers, including Walmart and 7-Eleven in the United States and Woolworths and Coles in Australia.

The agents are designed to automate the bulk of delivery operations, allowing businesses to scale while reducing costs. The technical work spans artificial intelligence, AI agents, dispatching and routing optimisation, fraud detection, returns automation, customer support automation, API integrations, and machine learning at scale.

Nash operates in last-mile logistics, e-commerce, retail, and grocery and convenience retail, addressing a market it puts at $500B. The company is venture-backed, with backing from Y Combinator and Andreessen Horowitz. Its engineering culture is described as AI-first, with a stated mission of transforming the last-mile logistics industry.
