Happyrobot Inc. was founded in 2023 to build an AI workforce platform for the "real economy" - the physical industries that move goods and materials rather than consumer technology. The company's product is an AI-native operating system that deploys autonomous AI workers to handle repetitive, complex operations end to end across phone, email, messaging and documents. Its initial focus is logistics, freight, supply chain and industrial operations.

The platform spans several technical domains: conversational AI and natural language understanding, voice AI for phone calls, multi-channel communication automation, document processing, and applications built on large language models. The stated aim is to hand patterned, high-volume work to AI so that human staff can concentrate on strategy and creativity.

HappyRobot reports deployment across more than 150 enterprise customers, among them DHL and Ryder. The company has raised $62 million in funding. Its founders, brothers Pablo and Javier Palafox, come from engineering and logistics backgrounds.
