Meetings & Incentives Worldwide (M&IW) is a women-owned global event agency that plans and manages meetings, conferences, and incentives of all scales. Headquartered in Caledonia, Wisconsin, with a regional office in Chicago and a presence in London, the firm has operated events in more than 90 countries. It has been in business for over 55 years and employs more than 350 industry professionals.

The company is a third-generation, privately held business, founded as a small travel agency before expanding into global event management. It has held Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) certification since 2013. Services are offered either as full end-to-end event management or as modular, à la carte solutions that clients can select individually.

Two in-house divisions complement the core offer: Flow Creative Agency, which delivers creative and experiential design, and Intent Strategy Group, a strategic consulting practice focused on visibility, efficiency, and savings for clients. Technical work spans event technology and smart technology integration, neuroscience-informed event design, sustainability practices, and event strategy and analytics.

M&IW serves clients across life sciences, technology, financial services, manufacturing and insurance. Sustainability principles are applied to every event, and the firm emphasises human connection alongside the use of smart technology to power event delivery.
