EverWatch is a government solutions company founded in 1999 that provides advanced defense, intelligence, and deployed mission support to U.S. government missions. Its technical work spans Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), battlespace awareness, data science, cloud services, insider threat analysis, and policy and strategic planning. The company supports classified programmes with a highly cleared workforce.

Specific offerings include ISR and battlespace awareness support to the U.S. Warfighter and the Intelligence Community; policy and strategic planning services for federal departments and agencies; insider threat analysis capabilities supporting classified programmes; data science services and solutions; and cloud services supporting federal agency missions. EverWatch has supported more than 150 programmes, projects, and task orders over more than 25 years of operation. It is headquartered in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, with operations in Aurora, Colorado. The company was acquired by Booz Allen Hamilton in October 2022.
