Noblis

Noblis is an independent nonprofit science, technology, and strategy organization that works with federal agencies on the country's most consequential scientific, technological and operational challenges. Its technical staff conduct research and deliver expertise across emerging technologies, digital engineering, secure artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, cybersecurity, health technology, space capabilities, air-traffic safety systems, systems engineering and integration, and high-performance computing.

The organisation covers the full lifecycle of complex federal programmes, from research and acquisition through systems integration, engineering, modernisation and sustainment. Two subsidiaries, Noblis ESI and Noblis MSD, support this lifecycle alongside the parent organisation. Noblis also invests in integrated laboratories, high-performance computing and patents, with technical professionals working directly alongside federal customers.

Its work spans defence, homeland security, civil government, intelligence, law enforcement, aviation and air-traffic management, health technology, space and cybersecurity, on a national scale within the United States. Acquisition support is a core part of the offering, as are modernisation and sustainment of existing programmes.

As a nonprofit, Noblis describes its remit as objective problem-solving in service to the public good, with stated emphasis on ethics, innovation and mission-driven work on nationally significant challenges.
