Espeo Software is a software development and consulting firm that builds technology solutions for financial technology clients, with particular emphasis on regulated digital platforms, custom software and blockchain. The company, founded in 2008 by Paweł and Sylwia Rogowicz and employing between 51 and 200 people, works across payments technology, digital assets and enterprise software. Its engineering practice covers Hyperledger Fabric and agile software development, and it is a Hyperledger Certified Service Provider as well as a founding member of the Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust.

The firm's work divides into three areas: regulated digital platforms delivered to production standards; bespoke software designed to increase revenue and user numbers while remaining easier to maintain; and blockchain solutions built for production use, drawing on Hyperledger Fabric and digital assets expertise. Espeo Software has offices in Poland and Finland. The company began in a living room in Poznań, Poland, and later built its early experience in Finland working with enterprise clients; agile practices learned there continue to shape how the teams operate today.
