Equiqo

Equiqo is a remote-first IT services company that helps organisations remove technical bottlenecks, combining hands-on engineering with flexible access to experienced professionals. The firm was founded by Artur Tomys on the premise that building an entire technical department in-house is slow, costly and risky. It operates through legal entities in Poland and Germany and works internationally, with clients spanning the automotive, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and public sectors, as well as both startups and enterprises.

The company fields more than 60 in-house professionals and draws on an international network of technical experts. Its eight service lines cover AI and data solutions; software development from MVP to complex systems; talent outsourcing and managed teams; CTO-level technical leadership as a service; cloud infrastructure; IT consulting; IoT engineering; and cybersecurity. Engagements range from delivering a specific build to supplying whole teams or executive technical direction.

Equiqo reports over nine years of operating experience. The name reflects three stated values: Efficient, Quick and Quality Oriented.
