CookUnity is a chef-to-consumer meal marketplace founded in 2018 in Brooklyn, New York. The company connects consumers with ready-to-heat meals prepared by chefs, including award-winning cooks, Michelin-starred restaurateurs and Food Network alumni, and delivers them directly to homes. It began with six chefs working from a small Brooklyn kitchen and now delivers 50 million meals a year across the United States and Canada.

The platform operates from eight kitchens and works with more than 150 chefs. CookUnity operates a revenue-sharing model under which chefs receive a share of revenue from every dish sold, which the company describes as a means of supporting chefs toward sustainable success and allowing them to reach customers beyond the geographic limits of a traditional restaurant.
