France-based industrial AI company, founded 2007, helping manufacturers optimise production in real time through process analytics, industrial data and private LLMs.
Braincube is a France-based industrial AI company, founded in 2007, that works with manufacturers to optimise production in real time. Its systems combine industrial data, process analytics and artificial intelligence to identify production losses and to improve yield, quality, energy use and throughput across plants, lines, shifts and multi-site operations. The company serves more than 250 manufacturers in 30 countries, with customers in pulp and paper, building materials, tires and elastomers, food and beverage, and mining and metals.
Two products anchor its offering. The Productivity Management System is designed to keep manufacturing processes operating near their current optimum as production conditions change, rather than delivering only temporary project-based improvements. Companion AI provides a natural-language interface that generates analysis directly from customers' production data and runs within customers' own environments using their private LLM - a design that keeps proprietary data under customer control.
Technical work spans industrial AI, process and industrial data analytics, real-time production optimisation, large language models, natural-language interfaces, and optimisation of energy, yield and quality. The engineering base sits in Issoire, France, which houses both headquarters and R&D; other locations are Versailles, Portland, Maine and Campinas, Brazil.
Braincube was founded by manufacturing veterans with experience at companies such as Valeo and Safran, and the company describes its approach as rooted in hands-on manufacturing experience and in an awareness of the limitations of traditional optimisation methods. Its emphasis is on continuous, sustained optimisation rather than one-off projects.
