Assured, founded in 2019, builds an AI-powered Claims Intelligence Platform for property & casualty insurers. The platform converts unstructured, narrative claim information into structured, standardized, machine-readable data from the first notice of loss (FNOL), enabling downstream automation and straight-through processing. It serves some of the largest insurers in the world and processes tens of millions of claims annually.

The technical work spans several domains: artificial intelligence and agentic AI, machine learning, natural language processing for unstructured-to-structured data conversion, data standardization, fraud detection and claims automation. The product suite comprises the core Claims Intelligence Platform alongside modules for FNOL, First Contact, Messaging and CAT management, plus fraud detection capabilities and two AI tools, Emma, an agentic AI solution, and Sidekick, an assistant focused on productivity.

The company combines deep P&C expertise with startup agility, and states a mission of modernizing outdated, manual insurance claims processes by equipping adjusters with trusted AI and better data.
