Apricot International is a non-profit sourcing firm and Employer of Record that places full-time remote talent from underserved communities across the MENA region with companies worldwide. Many of its own team members come from displaced communities.

The organisation offers three services. Talent Sourcing & Placement connects startups and founders with full-time remote candidates from underserved MENA communities. Employer of Record services allow companies to hire such workers compliantly, without establishing a local entity. End-to-End Candidate Support covers interview training, onboarding, communication coaching and ongoing mentorship.
