Duties & Responsibilities
Role responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations in allocated department
Support supervisors and team members with tasks and projects
Gain practical exposure to manufacturing processes
Follow safety standards and company procedures
Complete assigned training and workplace assessments
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Basic computer literacy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Currently enrolled with a recognised, accredited institution
Requires WIL/experiential training to graduate with relevant P1 and P2 letter from a university of technology institution or experiental letter from a TVET College

Programme Conditions & Expectations
Must be registered with a reputable, accredited institution
Required to attend work and comply with all conditions specified in the contract
Must enter into a 12-month fixed-term workplace contract for experiential training
Must perform duties relevant to field of study as outlined in the training schedule (or agreed revised programme)
