As our Victorian operations continue to expand, we’re growing our warehouse team and looking for reliable Pickers/Packers and High Reach Forklift Operators to join us during an exciting period of growth and transition.

The Opportunity:

We’re currently hiring across two key areas of our warehouse – Pickers/Packers and High Reach Forklift Operators, both focused on the day-to-day movement and accuracy of stock. These roles are hands-on and suited to people who enjoy structured work, take pride in accuracy, and work well in a team environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring orders are picked, packed, moved, and stored correctly, while maintaining safety and efficiency across the warehouse.

You’ll begin at our Dandenong South location before transitioning with the team to our Clayton South site in late May / early June, supporting a smooth continuation of operations.

Picker / Packer Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners
• Preparing and staging orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and KPI targets are met
• Identifying and reporting damaged stock or discrepancies
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required
• Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets

High Reach Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

• Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trucks (inbound and outbound)
• Putaways, replenishment, and stock movements
• Supporting stocktakes, quality checks, and inventory accuracy
• Checking goods for damage and reporting any variances
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
• Working closely with the team to maintain workflow and meet targets

You’ll Bring:

• A strong work ethic with reliable and punctual attendance
• Good attention to detail and ability to work to KPIs
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 20kg where required
• A positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and correct manual handling practices
• Comfortable working with warehouse systems and RF scanners

For Forklift Operators:

• Valid LF forklift licence
• Strong capability operating high reach forklifts
• Confidence with putaways, replenishment, and truck loading/unloading
