An opportunity, Built for you

As the Senior Project Engineer you will lead the engineering delivery of large-scale projects. This role is accountable for ensuring engineering excellence across all phases of the project lifecycle, from design and procurement through to delivery and close out. Working closely with the Project Manager, the Senior Project Engineer ensures program, budget, and quality targets are met while resolving complex technical challenges.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

• Oversee and manage technical design, documentation, and engineering coordination 
• Ensure projects align with scope, budget, program and quality standards  
• Manage procurement processes and support contract administration 
• Coordinate construction activities, ensuring quality, sequencing, and sit delivery
• Lead, mentor and develop engineering teams while driving collaboration and performance

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar, with 7+ years' experience in a commercial construction setting 
• Strong technical expertise in construction methodologies, drawings, codes, and industry standards 
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing team, consultants and subcontractors 
• Solid commercial and project management capability, including procurement, cost control, contacts, and relevant software (eg: Aconex, MS Project, Primavera)
