Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of tennis rules and court maintenance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a recreational or sports facility.
  • Certification in first aid and CPR.
  • Experience in customer service or community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tennis courts and surrounding areas.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of tennis events and programs.
  • Provide customer service to patrons, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Monitor court usage and ensure adherence to facility rules and regulations.
  • Support tennis instructors and coaches in delivering programs and lessons.
