The Opportunity

The Cambridge Club is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Physiotherapist to join our in-house clinic on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys working with an active, high-performing clientele and wants to grow their practice within a premium private club environment.

You will work closely with a community of members who value preventative care, injury management, and performance optimization. Many members are competitive athletes in sports such as squash, running, cycling, strength training, and racquet sports, creating strong demand for high-level physiotherapy support.

This is an opportunity to build and grow your own practice within an established club community, supported by strong internal referrals and access to best-in-class facilities.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for members
  • Treat sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and performance-related issues
  • Utilize manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and individualized rehabilitation programs
  • Work collaboratively with personal trainers and other health professionals within the club
  • Build relationships with members and develop a loyal client base
  • Participate in club wellness initiatives, workshops, and member events

Qualifications

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Experience treating sports and activity-related injuries
  • Strong skills in manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation
  • Athletic background or experience working with active populations is an asset

Working Hours will be dictated by business demands to include networking with the club membership, actively participate in specific events and to create an environment of successful execution of functions with appropriate follow up to build a strong base for repeat business.
