Clive Burdeu Aged Care, Hillcrest QLD – Permanent Full-Time Opportunity

Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking to work in a role where you can truly make an impact? Join our team at Clive Burdeu Aged Care and help support residents to maintain mobility, independence and overall wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our residents. You will work with care staff and other health professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans that enhance residents’ quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing residents and developing individualised physiotherapy care plans
  • Delivering evidence-based treatments to support mobility and independence
  • Participating in case conferences and multidisciplinary care planning
  • Providing manual handling training and support to staff
  • Maintaining physiotherapy equipment and ensuring safe practices
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice in aged care

About You

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Essential:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with indirect supervision
  • Valid Australian work rights

Highly regarded:

  • Experience in Residential Aged Care or working with elderly clients
  • Ability to facilitate training and educate staff
  • Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation
