An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join the team at Habit Health. Our Blenheim clinic has a small team, a supportive culture, flexible working and a huge national support in place.

This role offers excellent opportunities to further develop advanced musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation skills across both private practice and community settings.

Blenheim is in growth mode, bring your NZ MSK expertise to help grow our Blenheim service. You will be working with a diverse client base presenting with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, injury rehabilitation needs, and return-to-work goals.

Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive MSK assessments, clinical reasoning, and diagnosis to guide effective treatment planning
  • Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based rehabilitation programmes in both clinic and community settings
  • Manage a varied caseload including sports injuries, workplace injuries, and persistent pain conditions
  • Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal functional outcomes and return to work planning
  • Produce high-quality clinical reports outlining patient abilities, goals, and best-practice MSK interventions
  • Utilise diary management software to efficiently coordinate patient care and caseload

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have NZ Physio registration and current APC
  • A minimum of 4 years' clinical experience
  • Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
