SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Para Snowboard Team Assistant Coach is responsible for advancing Para Snowboard national team athletes to the highest ranks of Para Snowboard competition through National Level races, World Cup, World Championships, and Paralympic Competition. The position reports to the Para Snowboard Head Coach and may work closely with the Para Sport Director and development program coaches to create opportunities for a stronger pipeline development system.
