Summary
The Mohs Technician (Histotechnician) plays a critical role in supporting Mohs micrographic surgery by preparing, processing, and staining tissue specimens for immediate microscopic evaluation. This position works closely with the Mohs Surgeon to ensure accurate tissue mapping, high-quality slide preparation, and timely turnaround of specimens.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced surgical and laboratory environment.
