Material Handler / Forklift Operator

We are hiring a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler in Port Orange, FL to support our manufacturing and shipping operations. This role includes receiving incoming materials, staging product for production, loading outbound shipments, and safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and unload incoming materials and products
• Verify shipments and report discrepancies
• Stage and distribute materials for production and transfer orders
• Load outgoing shipments and secure materials properly
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
• Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull materials with or without assistance
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing
• Work is performed primarily in a non-air-conditioned warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Exposure to varying temperatures, industrial noise, and moving equipment
• PPE required in designated areas

• Indoor and outdoor work. Exposure to various temperatures
• Exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils & materials
• Personal Protective Equipment required
