The Spine Hospital of Louisiana is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to help maintain the hospital’s physical plant and ensure all systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently. This role is essential to supporting high-quality patient care by keeping our facility safe, functional, and compliant.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
  • Maintain hospital infrastructure, including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
  • Assist with installation of new equipment and systems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
  • Follow all safety, regulatory, and hospital standards
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in maintenance and repair work
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Preferred

  • Advanced or technical education related to facilities or maintenance

Location: 10105 Park Rowe Circle, Baton Rouge, LA 70810

Schedule: Full-time: shifts may vary, between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
