Lifeguard

LIFEGUARD RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pool surveillance and rule enforcement
• Member check-in and customer service
• Periodic cleaning of snack shop area and locker rooms
• During rotation breaks help the Pool Manager with straightening chairs, picking up trash and towels, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Assist with pool chemical checks
• Pool cleaning and maintenance tasks during slow or inclement weather days
• Opening and closing duties
• Regular in-service training of lifeguard skills
