What You'll Do:

• Optimize internal material flow to ensure seamless delivery to production lines
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Kaizen)
• Design and implement Mizusumashi (water spider) systems for JIT efficiency
• Analyze logistics processes and drive cost, quality, and throughput improvements
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels and material availability
• Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams
• Use data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and process enhancements
• Support and mentor teams on best practices in logistics and operational excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in internal logistics / manufacturing operations
• Strong background in Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience implementing Mizusumashi systems (highly preferred)
• Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory tools, and data analysis
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a fast-paced environment
