About the Role
We are seeking an ICT Associate Support Engineer to join our ICT team in a part-time permanent capacity. This role provides first-level technical support across desktop systems, end-user devices, and related ICT services, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across Parkerville Children and Youth Care. The position is based across Burswood, Armadale, Midland, and other sites as required, one day per week.
You will be the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance, offering prompt troubleshooting, break/fix support, and guidance with hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. The role also involves maintaining the Standard Operating Environment, supporting ICT assets, and assisting with mobile device management.

You are a practical, service-focused ICT professional who enjoys solving problems and helping others. You communicate clearly, work well under pressure, and can manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on service quality.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of reliable, secure, and responsive ICT support. You bring a professional approach to user support and can build positive working relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
