About the role
Weâre looking for a Head of Growth to lead a specialist growth function focused on mobile games.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience in mobile gaming growth and user acquisition. You will lead a team of 4 growth specialists and, as Head of Growth, you will be part of the management board, reporting directly to the COO.
The role combines team leadership, strategic ownership, and direct involvement in key client projects. You will help shape growth strategies for mobile games, step into critical accounts when needed, improve delivery quality, and strengthen how the team operates.
Key responsibilities
