Role & Responsibilities :
"1. Participate in and implement the 531 planning of the department/Win-Win team according to the OPS and the strategic layout of the department.
"2. Responsible for regional resources, capacity planning and implementation
1) According to the regional annual capacity target and forecast demand, coordinate the planning and implementation of the capacity plan
2) Guide the regional responsible engineers to analyze regional production capacity data and make planning plans to achieve and improve the overall production capacity.
3) Coordinate the allocation of existing resources and production capacity to maximize the utilization rate of the overall regional production capacity.
4) According to the overall strategic layout and needs of OPS, Participate in the design of planning schemes such as the production capacity and plant layout of the new construction cable, and coordinate the effective realization of the overall production capacity and layout of the new cable."
"3. Continuous optimization of OPS manufacturing costs
1) Improve regional UPPM through methods such as production efficiency, automation introduction, and manpower simplification;
2) Coordinate and promote the improvement of MOH in various departments to ensure that the regional indicators in charge are achieved;

Required Experience : 4+ years
Knowledge : ü 1) Knowledge of production line layout design and optimization
ü 2) Knowledge of production site operation improvement (capacity improvement, cost savings, efficiency improvement)
ü 3) Lean improvement (including value stream, standardized operations, pulling production) and intelligent manufacturing knowledge
ü 4) Possess project management experience
Skills : ü "1) Planning and execution:
a) Use IE professional knowledge and project management knowledge to plan the company's overall production capacity and park logistics, coordinate the construction progress of the park and district workshops, and ensure the implementation of resources and planning"
ü 2) Lean improvement: Use lean improvement tools and TPM/IKW/SGA platforms to continuously optimize processes, planning, and on-site waste
ü 3) Cost management: master the company's KPI structure, accounting logic and index decomposition, cell cost structure and accounting logic, Capex/Opex/MOH operation mechanism and management process, KPI decomposition, Capex/Opex data accounting analysis, and discover cell costs Improve projects and manage the use of Capex/Opex budgets, and promote continuous reduction of the cost of a single cell
