Introduction

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Engineer (Civil or Mechanical) to join our team in Zambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with precast products and contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of engineering solutions. The role requires ensuring that all projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engineering solutions related to precast products
  • Oversee and support production and installation processes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety regulations
  • Conduct problem-solving and technical analysis on projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good communication and organisational skills
