Introduction

To design, develop, implement, and maintain electrical systems and solutions that support operational efficiency, safety, and compliance. The role involves working on projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and system assessments.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and system inefficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and technicians.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reports.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • SCADA systems (at least 2 years’ experience of maintaining a SCADA system is required).
  • Intelligent Transportation Standards (ITS), including NTCIP, and devices.
