Wonderly is developing what it describes as the first end-to-end AI business platform for service businesses. The product bundles marketing, sales, lead generation and project management into a single system, with artificial intelligence built in natively rather than added on afterwards. The commercial model is unusual: the software is provided free of charge and the company is paid only once clients see results.
The platform spans a broad technical surface. Its AI agents operate continuously, running Google and Meta advertising campaigns, building websites, answering and qualifying incoming calls, booking meetings and advancing deals through the pipeline. Supporting components include a CRM, VoIP telephony with an AI receptionist, SEO tooling, lead qualification and appointment scheduling, electronic signatures and invoicing, and automated customer follow-up. The underlying work touches conversational AI, natural language processing, marketing and sales automation, advertising technology and VoIP.
