Vyntelligence, known as Vyn, is a London-headquartered company that builds an Agentic Video Intelligence Work Platform: an AI-powered SaaS product through which frontline workers and customers capture short, guided videos before, during and after field work. Those videos are converted into automated workflows - such as invoicing and work instructions - and AI-driven insights intended to improve pricing accuracy, speed delivery, support safety and maintain compliance in complex field environments.

The underlying technology spans AI/ML, computer vision, video intelligence, agentic workflows and automated workflow generation. Vyn holds US patents covering its Smart Data Capture approach and its AI-driven insights, and was named a Gartner Cool Vendor in 2023. Work on the platform touches multibillion-dollar portfolios of assets.

Adoption is concentrated in field-heavy industries, including utilities, telecoms, retail, energy, field services and contractor services. Vyn states that 90% of the largest UK utility companies use the platform, alongside more than 200 contractor firms providing insights, thousands of colleagues and millions of retail consumers. The company describes its approach as purpose-driven, with stated emphasis on reducing field visits, upskilling workers and improving safety at work, and designs for customers, contractors and colleagues alike.
