UA Talents

UA Talents runs a global inclusive job board, founded in 2020, linking underrepresented candidates with employers and offering targeted job sites, DE&I training and job seeker coaching.

UA Talents runs an inclusive job board and global movement, founded in 2020, that connects historically underrepresented talent with employers committed to inclusive hiring. The platform lists over 3,000 live jobs and serves more than 1 million candidates across a global footprint. Industry verticals span recruitment and talent acquisition, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), and workforce development and training.

Alongside its main job board, the company operates a set of targeted job sites: Jobs for Refugees, Jobs for the Blind, Jobs for the Neurodivergent and Rainbow Jobs, which serves LGBTQIA+ talent. The groups it serves include refugees, blind and low vision candidates, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ people, returning citizens, single parents and veterans.

Services extend to both sides of the hiring process. Employers can access DE&I training designed to build inclusive hiring practices, while job seekers are offered professional coaching, resume support and interview preparation. The company reports that thousands of jobs have been created through its work.

UA Talents describes itself as a global movement rather than a purely commercial venture, with a mission-driven focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. It partners with major employers, including Booking and Macmillan Learning.
