Tikal

Tikal is a hands-on technology consultancy founded in 1999 and based in Israel. Rather than advising from the sidelines, the firm embeds its engineers directly into client R&D teams, where they work as part of the client's team and are expected to deliver value from day one. Engagements range from a single embedded expert to a full cross-domain squad, depending on the client's needs.

The company's technical expertise spans AI/ML, backend and data, DevOps, fullstack and web development, as well as microservices transformations, data lake implementations, cloud-native architectures and knowledge management. Tikal counts more than 50 DevOps professionals among its staff, alongside specialists across the other domains, and works with clients in a range of industries. Over more than 25 years the firm has grown from a small startup - originally a knowledge-management venture founded by Lior Kanfi - into a team of domain experts.
