Nebius builds a full-stack AI cloud infrastructure platform, combining hyperscaler-scale GPU clusters with supercomputer-level performance. Its Nebius AI Cloud offers large-scale GPU clusters deployed across Europe and the United States, serving customers from AI startups to research institutes and enterprises in healthcare and life sciences, robotics, finance and entertainment. The company is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The engineering effort spans several domains: AI infrastructure, GPU clusters and accelerated computing, high-performance computing, cloud computing, data center engineering, and machine learning platform engineering. Among its builds is ISEG, a supercomputer ranked among the world's most powerful. The company has raised $700 million and has a multi-billion dollar agreement with Microsoft to deliver dedicated AI infrastructure.

Nebius operates sustainable, AI-optimized data centers, including a facility 60 kilometres from Helsinki and a new site in Vineland, New Jersey. Its team of hundreds of engineers works alongside an in-house AI R&D group that runs its own platform to meet the needs of working machine-learning practitioners.
