Lucid Computing builds privacy-preserving, verifiable AI clusters combining cryptography, confidential computing and Trusted Execution Environments, with cryptographic receipts for every inference.
Lucid Computing builds trust infrastructure for verifying AI that is bought and sold, working at the intersection of AI safety, cryptography and confidential computing. Its verifiable compute platform provides privacy-preserving clusters that produce cryptographic proof of where AI inference runs, which chips were used and how data was processed, built to the security specifications of frontier developers and the confidentiality requirements of global deployers. The company's security model is such that Lucid Computing itself cannot access customer data held within enclaves.
The product line centres on the verifiable compute platform and AI Passport, a cryptographic receipt generated for every inference covering auditor results, policy compliance and model identity, which customers can independently verify. Hardware offerings include confidential computing GPUs with Trusted Execution Environment support - NVIDIA H100, H200, B200 and B300 - alongside hardware-encrypted TEEs based on Intel TDX. Private fine-tuning services let models become domain specialists without any data leaving secure enclaves.
Technical work spans AI safety, cryptography, confidential computing, TEEs, verifiable computing and cryptographic proof, privacy-preserving machine learning, hardware encryption and GPU computing. Lucid Labs, the company's verification research arm, covers experimentation, validation, deployment and standards; it hosts an open research cluster governed by the Verifiable Compute Foundation and runs adversarial red-teaming programmes with government research institutes. Lucid Computing engages with standards bodies including IETF, the Confidential Computing Consortium, the Open Compute Project and The Linux Foundation.
The company serves global deployers across frontier AI development, cloud infrastructure and government research.
