FLEET Response is a specialized auto Third Party Administrator (TPA) providing claims management, accident management, driver safety training, subrogation and maintenance management to self-insured fleets. The company was founded in 1986 as Rental Concepts Inc., a temporary business rental operation, and has since expanded its services in response to client demand: accident and maintenance programmes followed in 1997 under Integrated Vehicle Systems (IVS), the two businesses merged in 2003, a full safety programme including driver training was added in 2005, and the FleetSuite® online platform launched in 2012. It is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.

The firm's technical work centres on fleet management software, claims management systems and data analytics for fleet risk management.
