EAGERDEVS.COM

EAGERDEVS.COM is an IT outsourcing and staff-augmentation firm that places technically experienced professionals, drawn mainly from Poland, into the product and engineering teams of organisations in need of practical software expertise. Engagements are delivered remotely and are generally full-time, spanning freelance assignments that range from greenfield software development to the maintenance of established platforms. The company works across backend engineering, DevSecOps, requirements engineering, CRM development, Java engineering and AWS engineering.

Its offering is a single service line: specialist engineers embedded in client teams for the duration of an assignment. Work is organised around these specialist placements, with close day-to-day collaboration between the placed engineers and the client's own product and engineering functions. Technical execution is expected to be accompanied by clear communication; the firm values independent decision-making, written documentation and proactive, continuous improvement among its people.

EAGERDEVS.COM describes its team as an exceptional one and welcomes capable, enthusiastic professionals from varied backgrounds, including applicants who apply when no exact position is listed. The emphasis is on building long-term relationships with adaptable IT professionals rather than on one-off placements. Roles are remote, and the company's stated footprint is Poland alongside remote delivery.
