Bluehill Devs

Bluehill Devs is a small, data-driven recruitment and IT talent advisory team that helps startups and larger companies find and staff qualified software professionals worldwide. Based in Monterrey, Mexico, the firm works with clients across the United States and Latin America, sourcing candidates on a global basis.

Its main service, IT Recruitment & Staffing, is a managed search and staffing process that assembles software professionals to match a project's requirements, including unfamiliar technology stacks. The service covers both individual specialist roles and multidisciplinary engineering teams, drawing on expertise in backend, mobile and frontend development, data engineering, DevOps and security. A separate IT Talent Advisory offering provides data-driven guidance on defining project needs and assembling people with the relevant experience, delivered by experienced advisors.

The company operates with a hands-off model for clients, handling the recruitment process end to end, and offers a straightforward fixed-price service. Its stated priorities include candidate quality and rapid team assembly.
