Where You’ll Make a Difference
As part of our RTR team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting operations across LATAM and North America.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations
Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Analyzing financial data and identifying process improvement opportunities
Partnering with cross-functional teams across LATAM and NOAM to deliver high-quality results
Contributing to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and efficiency
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Previous experience in RTR processes / General Ledger / Accounting operations
Solid understanding of financial principles and reporting
Intermediate to advanced English (required)
Portuguese is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience working in a shared services or global environment
Exposure to LATAM and/or NOAM accounting processes
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
