This is a remote position.

We are an Australian Systems agency who work on a fast paced environment. Our team of professionals are committed to bringing the best services to our clients. Your role as a Virtual Administrative Lead Prospecting Assistant is vital part of our team (crew).


You must enjoy connecting with people and using social media and other strategies we will teach you to source leads and prospect using our template communication systems and CRM.
We want someone hungry for success but also this prospecting role is more of a gather role than a hunting role as we have a formulated template systems to follow to source, connect and process prospects into a funnel for managers to offer services.

We would prefer someone who can work with us daily, AEST starting at 8AM AEST onward. 



Responsibilities:

  • General Project Admin & Coordination Management (Via Zoho Projects)

  • Zoho CRM Management (lead and data management)

  • Social Media Management (Via Zoho Social)

  • Admin Tasks

  • Research Tasks

  • Excel Sheet Updating

  • Basic Wordpress Updating (very basic)

  • Reporting

  • Project Scope Documenting and Scoping (willing to learn to assist with template document management)

 

Requirements:

  • Works during Australian time (AEST)

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Daily video and audio meetings with us

  • Disciplined

  • Self Motivated

  • Highly efficient at managing multiple tasks and teams

  • Confident in administration and organisational tasks

  • Desire to join a crew wit a long term commitment.
