Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and course inspections
Lead, train, and support TreeTop Adventure attendants to ensure adherence to safety protocols and service standards
Ensure all guests receive thorough safety briefings and an exceptional overall experience
Monitor course activity and respond promptly to incidents, including performing and overseeing rescues when necessary
Maintain accountability for all equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and proper storage
Ensure completion and organization of all required reports and documentation
Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times
Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and team coordination
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement (typically 18+) with a valid driver’s license
Previous experience in outdoor recreation, adventure courses, or leadership roles preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to train and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) preferred
Ability to pass a background check
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Capable of moderate lifting, bending, and pushing
Ability to complete the course and perform high-angle rescues
Maintain cleanliness of the work environment
Work Environment
Must be able to work in various weather conditions, such as extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, sun, and darkness with limited lighting.

Be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity, including the ability to listen carefully to and resolve guest issues to the satisfaction of the affected guests.
Be able to identify potential guest issues and then develop methodologies to prevent or limit the impact of those guest issues during guest visits.
Be able to assimilate complex information and data for various sources and consider, adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the need.
Be able to effectively listen to, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.
Be able to work with and understand financial information and data and perform basic math functions.
